Coming to Nocatee This Year

Still, sometimes you want to sit back and enjoy a delicious meal and drinks, and the Nocatee Town Center has you covered there already, plus, they’re adding in two new restaurants. One is Añejo Cocina Mexicana,a full-service restaurant owned by Nocatee residents Jesus and Blanca Valencia. Añejo features an extensive menu with mouth-watering items including el Jefe tacos, burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas, and fajitas, and even desserts, such as churros, tres leches, and fried ice cream. Each dish is made with love and fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients for an authentic flavor that is sure to please. There’s no shortage of drinks on the menu either, with 14 margarita options, as well as mojitos, mules, wine, and beer.

Another new restaurant that is known to plenty is Catullo’s Italian, which is opening its second location in the Nocatee Town Center. The first Catulllo’s opened in 2019 in Jacksonville’s San Pablo area by brothers Carl and Dave Catullo. Their full service restaurants are known for their fresh pasta and authentic family recipes, which include Gnocchi Catullo, Pear Fiocchi, and Chicken Capricciosa. You may need to wait a little longer as this restaurant is slated to open later in the year.

These are just a few of the new businesses coming to Nocatee Town Center this year. Plus, residents of Twenty Mile will appreciate River Landing Park coming this fall. It’s a private neighborhood park with a screened pavilion complete with a waterfront deck, two boat slips, and a covered area.
