Stay Cool This Summer at Nocatee

Florida summers are hot, but it’s easy to stay cool when you purchase one of the homes in Ponte Vedra FL at Nocatee. The Splash Water Park is a resort-style water playground that is a hugely popular amenity available solely for residents and their accompanied guests. Families enjoy the multiple family pools with shallow-entries, children’s sprayground and plenty of covered seating. All ages will enjoy the lagoon pool, while those 21 and older can enjoy the adult enclave with direct access to the bar and concessions, along with a private pool.

The water park is more than just pools. From the top of the slide tower you get a panoramic view of Nocatee. Once you’ve enjoyed the view, take a thrilling ride down the twisting Rip Tide Slides, the highest water slide tower in Northeast Florida. Made up of two slides, you’ll find yourself on corkscrew turns, twists and slippery slopes for two very distinct experiences. If you’re in the mood for a more relaxing experience, hop in a comfy tube and drift away on the Lazy Tides River ride. With 450 feet of slow-moving currents, you have plenty of time to take in the beautiful scenery including  tropical rock outcroppings and plant life, waterfalls, and geysers.

From the top of the slide tower, you can also enjoy a breezy thrill as you zoom along the 377 foot zip line! Situated 35 feet high, you will find yourself soaring at more than 37 miles per hour across the park.

As if all of this weren’t enough, the latest Nocatee addition is the Spray Water Park. This four-story, above-ground interactive spray playground lets residents interact with the water while sliding, climbing and playing in a tropical island setting. The main pool is almost twice as large as the Lagoon Pool and there are more than 75 water features on the Spray structure. There’s a smaller spray park and playground for younger children, while older kids and adults will be thrilled by some of the heart-racing slides, including a head-first mat slide with twists and turns, and a two-person tube slide that pushes the limits of gravity.

These are just a few of the many features of the Spray Water Park and Splash Water Park. Having amenities like these, not to mention shopping, dining, and entertainment, make Nocatee an amazing place to call home.
