On the other side of the hall is a powder room, which can also be accessed from the study. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the owner’s suite, with a luxurious bathroom, linen closet, and an impressive walk-in closet. The bedroom is in the back of the home, but there’s another hallway that intersects the one from the kitchen, which leads to the laundry room, and a mudroom with a built-in bench, as well as a coat closet. The mudroom is located at the entrance to the garage, which joins the home at an angle so that it almost seems to sit apart from it. The garage – especially with the optional guest suite over it that provides so much versatility – is designed to look much more charming and architecturally planned than the average garage, as it blends into the overall architectural style of the home, adding to the curb appeal of the Guana House.
