The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach Invests in New Renovations

Now, to celebrate the country club’s 35th anniversary, this oceanside retreat is investing in new renovations to improve everyone’s experience.

Over the past three decades, The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach has been a wonderful place for people to connect and make new friends. To ensure it continues to be a part of making lasting memories, the club is looking at its long-term needs and evaluating how to update some aging facilities and make sure it remains resilient and relevant in this modern era.

The club is working with expert architects and designers to create a master plan to ensure that character and charm remain, while re-envisioning various amenities. As part of the first phase of redevelopment, the Fitness Center and pool will get a makeover.

The pool complex will feature a new, larger swimming pool with more lap lanes and distinct zones for exercise and family activities, ensuring a space for everyone. In addition, a new and expanded kitchen will offer full food service to members, with both poolside and patio dining.

The Fitness Center will expand with the latest equipment technology, and multiple group and personal fitness areas. There will also be larger locker rooms, complete with steam, sauna, whirlpool spa, and cold-plunge amenities, as well as stretch/recovery areas. In addition to the interior of the Fitness Center, the outside area will have four pickle ball courts added, as well as a child play yard and expanded childcare services.

These updates will enhance the club’s amenities, while carrying no financial assessments to members. The renderings for the plans are now available and construction is expected to begin in early 2024.
